1 General Terms & Conditions

Basb8 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for entertainment purposes. These Terms and Conditions apply to members in Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement between basb8 and its members.

To be eligible to use basb8's services, you must be of legal age under the laws of your country and must participate on the platform voluntarily. basb8 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the original English version shall prevail. A simplified Bengali version is provided for the convenience of members in Bangladesh.

2 Account & Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with basb8. Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. basb8 reserves the right to verify a member's age at any time and will suspend any account where proof of age cannot be provided.

2.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information at the time of registration. If an account is registered using false or misleading information, basb8 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit all balances.

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• Family members must also register from separate devices and networks.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Allowing others to use your account or sharing your credentials is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please contact support immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at basb8 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes. Providing the correct reference number when making a deposit is mandatory.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before a withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may experience delays. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500, and a maximum daily withdrawal limit applies.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonuses.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, basb8 may place withdrawals on hold pending an investigation.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on basb8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions involving USDT or other currencies, the applicable exchange rate will be used. basb8 is not liable for any losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The minimum deposit required to qualify is BDT 500, and a 30x wagering requirement applies. This bonus is issued once only and must be claimed within 7 days of registration.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus play; certain games are excluded from bonus wagering.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• Promotional offers have their own validity period, and any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• If bonus abuse is detected, basb8 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on basb8 are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please ensure your account has sufficient balance before placing any bet.

5.2 Sports Betting

Each event in Sports Betting is governed by its own specific rules. If a match is cancelled or special circumstances arise, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. basb8 will not be held responsible for any issues arising from connection problems during live betting.

5.3 Casino & Slots Games

All casino and slots game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring complete fairness and verifiability. If a game is interrupted due to issues on the game provider's server, the matter will be resolved in accordance with that provider's policy.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually for each game.
• If you encounter a technical error during a game, please notify support.
• The game provider's own rules apply at all times.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on basb8. If any such activity is detected, the account in question will be immediately terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Bonus system abuse — such as using multiple identities to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Use of hacking tools, software bots, or automated programs.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent or abusive conduct toward other members.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's personal information.

7 Responsible Gaming

Basb8 is strongly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income. We encourage all members to play within their means.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by basb8

Basb8 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent behavior.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When required by law or by order of the relevant authorities.

9.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please withdraw all available balance through a verified withdrawal channel.

10 Limitation of Liability

Basb8 shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is affected by an internet connection failure.
• If a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment gateway.
• If a member's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.
• In force majeure situations — such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.
• Losses caused by technical issues on the game provider's servers.

In all circumstances, basb8's maximum liability is limited to the actual deposit balance in the member's account.

11 Changes to Terms

Basb8 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification.
